This Returns & Exchange Policy is designed for wholesale buyers of Jewels N More, including retailers, boutiques and resellers. It explains how we handle damages, shortages and exceptions for bulk artificial jewellery orders.

1. Scope of This Policy

Jewels N More is a wholesale‑only supplier of artificial jewellery. All orders are booked in bulk and shipped to retailers, boutiques and resellers. This policy does not apply to end‑consumer (retail) purchases.

By placing an order with Jewels N More, you acknowledge that:

  • Products are purchased for resale or business use.
  • Minor variations in colour, finish or stone placement are possible in handcrafted / plated items.
  • Only specific issues, such as confirmed transit damage or shortages, are eligible for review.

2. No Change‑of‑Mind Returns

As a wholesale business, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or preference after receiving the goods.
  • Slow‑moving styles, unsold inventory or pricing decisions at your end.
  • Minor colour / shade differences due to lighting, screen settings or batch‑to‑batch plating.

We strongly recommend using our video call service or detailed product photos before finalising large or critical orders.

3. Reporting Damages, Shortages & Incorrect Items

All parcels are checked before dispatch. If you notice any issues on delivery, please follow these steps:

  • Unbox the shipment on video as far as possible, showing outer and inner packaging.
  • Report problems within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
  • Share clear photos and videos of:
    • The outer carton (including any visible damage or tampering).
    • Inner boxes and packing material.
    • Each affected piece or design, clearly showing the issue.

Claims raised after 48 hours or without sufficient photo/video evidence may not be accepted, as we are unable to verify whether the issue occurred in transit or after delivery.

4. Resolution for Approved Claims

Once we receive and review your claim, we may offer one of the following resolutions, at our discretion:

  • Replacement in your next order for the affected quantity / value, subject to stock availability.
  • Credit note to be adjusted against your future orders (validity and terms will be mentioned on the note).
  • Partial refund in rare cases, where replacement / credit is not practical.

We do not accept returns of entire consignments where only a small portion is affected. Only specific pieces or designs that are approved after verification will be considered.

5. Non‑Eligible Returns & Exchanges

The following cases are generally not eligible for returns, exchanges or credit:

  • Products that have been worn, displayed extensively, used for shoots, or altered.
  • Damage caused by improper handling, storage, exposure to chemicals, perfumes or moisture.
  • Natural wear and tear over time, especially for daily‑wear designs.
  • Discounted clearance lots or special promotional deals marked as “final sale”.
  • Minor imperfections in handcrafted designs that do not materially affect wearability.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we reserve and pack stock quickly after confirmation, order changes are limited:

  • You may request minor changes before payment / final confirmation; these are subject to availability.
  • Once an order is confirmed and packed, cancellation is generally not allowed.
  • Repeated last‑minute cancellations may impact future credit or order acceptance.

7. Orders Finalised via Video Call & WhatsApp

We encourage wholesale buyers to finalise assortments via live video call from our Chandni Chowk store. During the call, we show actual pieces, colours and finishing so that you can make an informed decision.

Once designs, quantities and pricing are agreed and confirmed on video call / WhatsApp, the same Returns & Exchange terms apply as for website orders. Please review your selection carefully before final confirmation.
