Shipping Policy

1. Minimum Order Value & Order Confirmation

Jewels N More operates strictly as a wholesale supplier. The minimum order value (cart value) for dispatch is ₹10,000 (before shipping and taxes). Orders below this amount will not be processed or shipped.

Once you confirm your selection via website, video call or WhatsApp, we will:

• Verify product availability and final quantities from our Chandni Chowk stock.
• Share a final order summary with payable amount, including applicable shipping charges.
• Proceed to dispatch only after full payment is received (for prepaid orders) or order is confirmed for COD, where available.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We ship across India using trusted courier partners. Shipping charges and timelines depend on order size, weight and delivery pincode.

• Dispatch time: Usually within 1–4 working days after payment confirmation and order finalisation.
• Delivery time: Typically 3–7 working days from dispatch for most metro and major cities. Remote locations may take longer.
• Shipping charges: Calculated based on volumetric weight, destination and service type (surface / air). Approximate shipping charges are shared at the time of order confirmation.
• Tracking: Tracking details (AWB number and courier link) are shared once the order is handed over to the courier.

*Dispatch timelines are indicative and may vary during peak seasons, holidays or due to factors outside our control (courier delays, weather, strikes etc.).

3. International Shipping

We ship wholesale orders to selected countries outside India. International shipping is handled through reputed logistics partners.

• Availability: International shipping is offered on a case‑by‑case basis depending on country, order size and customs regulations.
• Charges: Calculated separately based on destination country, weight and service type. The buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs clearance fees and local taxes.
• Transit time: Varies by destination and service; an estimated range will be shared when confirming your order.

We cannot guarantee clearance or delivery timelines once the shipment has reached the destination country’s customs department.

4. Packaging & Handling

Artificial jewellery is packed carefully to minimise transit damage:

• Each design is packed in protective covers or polybags, then placed in inner boxes.
• Boxes are further packed in corrugated outer cartons with cushioning material.
• Fragile or heavy pieces may be packed separately for added safety.

5. Damages, Shortages & Wrong Items

All parcels are checked before dispatch. However, if you receive any damaged, missing or wrong items, please follow the steps below:

• Unbox your shipment on video as far as possible.
• Report issues to us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email, along with clear photos and videos of the outer box, inner packing and affected items.
• After verification, we may offer replacement in your next order or issue a credit note for the approved value, as per our discretion.

We cannot process claims raised after 48 hours of delivery or without adequate photo / video evidence. Courier tampering or pilferage should be reported immediately to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
